About the role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who has experience of providing PA support and is responsible for the smooth running of a busy team. The role will be providing friendly and efficient support to the Associate Director for Digital Ocean and Associate Director of Science & Technology, in addition to assisting their team with day to day administration.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Extensive diary management to both Associate Directors
- Email management
- Travel coordination
- Committee/meeting support including drafting agendas, taking accurate minutes and providing supporting papers.
- Taking, monitoring and following up on actions as required or directed
- Support with team administration (e.g. expenses, meeting arrangements, document creation, organising external visitors to the NOC, onboarding new staff)
About you
Do you have experience of managing multiple workloads and a wide range of tasks, multi-tasking with ease?
We want someone who has experience as a PA or Team Secretary/Administrator who can be resourceful, innovative, proactive, and think independently. You will have a professional demeanour with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to support a friendly, fast-paced team.

Location
This position will be based in Liverpool. The centre is part of the University campus and is only a short walk from the city centre and Lime Street station.
The NOC has a hybrid working approach where for most positions staff can work from home up to 2 days per week. If you are interested in this position, but require a more flexible working arrangement, please contact the recruitment team using the contact details below.
