About the Position
As VP of Operations, you will play a crucial role in managing all US customer deliveries and optimizing US warehouses and inventory. You will be at the forefront of our significant and growing region, working with some of our largest customers. Your solid technical background and experience in managing people and finances will be instrumental in your success. We are looking for a collaborative, responsible, self-driven, and quality-minded professional to join our team in Lynnwood, WA. Reporting directly to the President of the US, you will be expected to travel up to 35%. Your responsibilities will include:
- Oversee all US customer deliveries and ensure coordination across multiple factories and warehouse locations
- Lead the optimization of US warehouses and inventory management
- Serve as the senior executive managing key partner and supplier relationships and maintain alignment with company goals
- Host monthly sales and product forecast meetings and foster collaboration and accurate demand planning
- Develop, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Manage financial and timeline reporting for programs and projects, including on-time delivery
What We Expect from You
Your Work Experience & Education:
- Must be a U.S. citizen and able to qualify for U.S. government clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus
- Min. 10 years of proven project and people management, with strong leadership capabilities
- Expertise in warehouse optimization is a plus
- Demonstrated proficiency in project management and/or operations, with a track record of success
