Ocean Infinity is seeking a Tender Manager | Geotechnical to manage, coordinate and submit tenders in accordance with quality requirements and within given time frames.
What will you do:
- Produce and submit competitive tenders and proposals according to Ocean Infinity’s procedures and specific client requirements. Including, but not limited to, the following:
- Act as a client relations point of contact during the tender phase;
- Gather and coordinate information from all concerned departments;
- Evaluate and mitigate encountered risks within tenders;
- Calculate costs based on progress and cost information from concerned departments;
- Update tenders according to clarifications;
- Conduct price and contract negotiations with clients, with support from technical and contractual where needed;
- Follow and align with Ocean Infinity tender processes;
- Handover to Project Manager;
- Analyse win/loss of tenders.
- Evaluate bid/no bid of incoming tenders, in line with approval levels;
- Approve tender submissions within set approval levels;
- Attend industry exhibitions and conferences, where relevant;
- Keep up to date with market developments (competitors, equipment, price levels);
- Comply with Ocean Infinity Policies, practices, programs, and procedures as described in the Ocean Infinity management system;
- Complete required training as identified by Ocean Infinity Training Program;
- Participate in improving the Ocean Infinity management system by reporting events, attending meetings and workshops, reporting problems, and recommending improvements, and other related activities;
- Inform manager / responsible person of any unidentified risks, hazards, or system deficiencies in the workplace by using Stop Work authority, SOB card reporting, Incident reporting or by reporting directly to relevant personnel;
- Communicate and implement Ocean Infinity’s policies and procedures and their requirements to employees, visitors, and contractors.
Who you are:
- Extensive experience in offshore operations within geotechnical services;
- Excellent knowledge of the English language;
- Extensive knowledge of the offshore industry;
- Thoughtful, thorough and conscientious;

Salary for this position: Up to £85,000 per annum
